Get to Know Me
Hi, I’m Lance Gabbard. I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and have called Arizona home for more than 20 years. I live in Chandler with my wife and family and have spent more than a decade helping buyers and sellers navigate the Arizona real estate market.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in inside sales, served as a top-producing listing agent, and built Kingdom Home Group. Those experiences have taught me that good real estate representation begins with listening, honest communication, and helping clients make informed decisions without unnecessary pressure. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, relocating, or preparing to sell, my goal is to make the process clear and serve their best interests from beginning to end.
Outside of real estate, I own Mama’s BBQ, a small catering business born from my passion for cooking and bringing people together—serving Texas-style barbecue with a Georgia twist. I’m also completing my Master of Divinity at Phoenix Seminary and continually seeking to grow through Christian study. My faith, family, and commitment to serving others shape both who I am and how I conduct business.
